If you are unhappy with the service you have received from your airline or shipping company, you should contact them directly and escalate to Ports of Jersey if necessary. The JCRA does not regulate airlines and shipping companies directly.
Ports of Jersey Complaints Process
If you are unhappy with the service you have received from Ports of Jersey you should contact Ports of Jersey in the first instance to register a complaint.
If your complaint remains unresolved or you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you can take the matter to the JCRA. The JCRA will progress the complaint in whatever manner it considers appropriate.
Nothing in this scheme is intended to prevent a customer from seeking resolution through the courts.
